I've nominated both of these user's articles for AfD due to notability concerns, however I wanted to also report this user to WP:UAA. Although the user has made these edits a long time ago (during the time period of 2014-2019), the user has only edited Wikipedia about themselves/their non-profit organization titled The Miracle Foundation (which suits their username, Tmfaustin). - To find out the username of the admin who protected the page, click on "history" at the top of the page, then click on "View logs for this page," which is under the title of the page. The protecting admin is the username in blue before the words "protected", "changed protection level" or "pending changes".
